Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery

At NYX Loungewear & Co., we aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours. During peak periods or collection launches, please allow additional time for fulfillment.

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)

All Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post with carbon-neutral delivery options where available.

Standard Shipping: COMPLIMENTARY on all orders over $150 AUD. A flat rate of $15.00 AUD applies to orders under $100.
Express Shipping Upgrade: Spend $200 AUD or more to receive a complimentary upgrade to Express Shipping. For orders under $150, Express Shipping is available for $15.00 AUD.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are calculated live at checkout based on your specific location. Please note:

Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the NYX shipping fee.
Customs Delays: NYX is not responsible for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

3. ADDRESS AMENDMENTS & ERRORS

Immediate Notification: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice an error, email nyxloungewear@gmail.com within 1 hour of purchase. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Redirection: Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels. You must contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request a change in delivery.

Return to Sender: If a package is returned to NYX due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a $15.00 AUD re-shipping fee will apply. If you prefer a refund on a returned parcel, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your total.

4. TRACKING YOUR JOURNEY

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.
