Returns Made Simple
At NYX Lounge & Co., we strive for perfection. If your pieces aren't quite right, we are here to assist with a seamless return process.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Note: For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, bodysuits, and sale items are Final Sale.

| Refund | Original payment method. A $15.00 AUD shipping & handling fee is deducted. |
The Process
- Initiate: Email nyxloungewear@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Review: Our team will review your request and send a return authorization within 24 hours .
- Ship: Securely pack your items and use the provided label (for Store Credit) or your preferred courier.
- Quality Check: Once received, your return will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
- Outcome: You will receive an email confirmation once your store credit or refund has been processed.
