How to Exchange

Looking for a different size or colour? We want to ensure you find your perfect NYX fit. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our concierge at nyxloungewear@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Specify your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  3. Tell us which new size or colour you would like instead.

Once your original item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will ship your new selection to you immediately, subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please email us with photos. We will rectify the issue immediately and cover all costs associated with the return shipping for your replacement.

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene reasons and to maintain the quality of our collections, the following cannot be exchanged:

  • All Intimate apparel and Underwear.
  • Items marked “Final Sale”.
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or have tags removed.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted here and are effective immediately.
