At NYX Loungewear & Co., we recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. Our Returns Policy ensures you can shop with confidence — allowing for easy Refunds* and Store Credits within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility Checklist
- The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and hygiene stickers are still attached and in place.
- The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup or spray tans).
- For hygiene reasons, underwear and earrings cannot be returned.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is available.
Store Credit Returns
Australian return shipping is FREE. Store credits are available for all full-priced and sale returns (excluding Final Sale) within 14 days of delivery. Store credits are valid for 12 months and will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days of your return being received.
Cash Refunds (Australia Only)
Cash refunds are available for all full-priced styles within 14 days of delivery. Australian return shipping for refunds is covered by a flat fee of $14.95 AUD, which is deducted from your total returned value.
Faulty Item Returns
If you receive a faulty item, please notify us immediately at nyxloungewear@gmil.com with a description and image of the fault. Once assessed by our team, we will provide a complimentary return label and a full refund.
Final Sale
Styles marked 'Final Sale' are last-chance items and will not be restocked. These products are not eligible for a return unless confirmed faulty by our team.
